History

In 1998, our family started operating the inflight kitchen at Bangor International Airport that supplied meals to international transit passenger flights and military troop carrier aircraft. We also provided five star gourmet food to corporate aircraft that that has included heads of state, entertainment celebrities, sports figures, and corporate leaders.

During our first year, the facility was reorganized so that we could obtain USDA inspection.   The company then expanded to offer frozen entrées to the travel market, where product is still shipped to many of the country’s leading airlines nationwide. Nearly a decade ago, the product line was expanded as we partnered with several Agency on Aging organizations to deliver quality senior nutrition meals. In the last few years, the company has expanded yet again into the co-packing sector, where we manufacture product for other companies under their label.
